A few gauge Problems, and AFR problems

Ok peoples here it goes....Not a newbie but have a few questions....
Here is my set up,

1.Evo 3 man
2.Ported 14b Turbo
3.Evo 3 o2 dump tube
4.K&N
5.And Free Mods


Ok i installed my AFR gauge and my Auto Meter Carbon Fiber Boost Guage and took out the BCS.
I was peaking at 14psi...Then removed the emission lines and was peaking at 17Psi sometimes and then it would hit 17psi at WOT and drop to 15psi still WOT??? Did feel like i was hitting fuel cut a few times...
So then i went out and bought the Cobolt Gauge to match my AFR, and installed it the same way, and now at WOT it is reading 20psi but doesn't drop???? So what i did was put the BSC back in, and the emission lines and re-tested...and i am still hitting 18psi with no drop at WOT????
Is this Cobolt Gauge different??? Or off at all??

Now for my AFR Gauge when i am at WOT its rich, when just cruiseing it goes back and forth witch is cool....Not under really light accel when the boost comes up to about 5-7 it hits at lean and i can feel a little hesitation* if you will???? Any thoughts???

I know there is a lot but the biggest thing is the boost..LOL....thanks peeps...

If everything is hooked up right, you may have boost creep. I would also check for boost leak as well.

I have herd about boost creep but not all sure on what that is...
And when checking for a boost leak what should i do???
I appreciate all your help man.....My car hawls ass, its just i don't wanna ---- it up, you know.....I am really close to putting on my 3"DP & 3" EXH on with a FP,550 INJ, & my Apexi S-AFC II...I just want everything to be good before doing that you know???...LOL...anyways let me know...and thanks..

When you say it hits 18 - 20 psi does it hit arund 14 first and slowly increases to 18 or 20? First thing first , you need to some how verify which boost gauge is giving you the proper reading, if not you're just shooting in the dark. Here's how you do a boost leak test.
