New richmond,
i got new stroker engine, with big 16G turbo evo III, 650 injectors, 255 lph fuel pump, stock cam, 2G exhaust manifold ported to 7 cm. O2 housing it ported to 2.5 inch For the moment i got the stock intercooler piping and the stock down pipe. I run the car with ECU+ computer. But the car run only with 10 psi of boost. My vacuum is at -18 idle. I try to deconnect the waste gate but is still boost 10 psi. The timing is at 25 btdc at 6000 rpm and the O2 sensor give .79 volt. EGT 1400 F° Someone can help?

if you disconnected the vac line and it still boosts 10, then the flapper is probably stuck open. that or the turbo is shot :|

I check the flapper and is close, the actuator keep it close all the time need 13 psi to see it open
