Head Gasket

Im pulling my head to look at my valves, do i need to replace the head gasket (150,000) and the stock on is most likely on there. If it is reusable it was save me $40. And if you can give me anytips on taking the head off, it would help.

Head gaskets are not reusable. Sometimes people do it if the motor's not been run, but it's a very borderline practice.

Definately replace that gasket. If you were to try and reuse the gasket and it didn't seal you'd be pulling everything off again. Just do it the first time.
