ok so i was thinkin valve seals but now i dont know, when i shift gears it will blow a puff of blue smoke and when i get back on the gas it goes away. when i down shift to come to a stop some times it will start to smoke but then quit as i get back on the gas, at a stop i will rev the engin to high rpm and let off the gas and then hit it again and a puff of smoke will come out.

what about this, my logger will read 0 to 3.6 volts coming from the O2 sensor, i unplug the sensor and it will still read some ungodly high voltage. bad ecu?

On both my 91 Talon TSI, and My 90 Laser RS Turbo (just last week), the same thing happened when my turbos went out. Sometimes it would smoke if I sat and idled for any length of time, but if it smoked at all it would clear up on the road and only smoke when I shifted. Good luck man.

no i do not vent into the atmophere, man i just put that agp RS49 on there.. it better not be that turbo or i will be all sorts of pissed, ill try the leak down, i'm gona try to make a tester today
