Low Idle????

okay first off my car is a 98 GS-T minimal mods.(injen intake,blitz bov,mbc) and when i use the breaks to stop my idle goes down to arounf 50-100rpms now it doesnt stall,stutter,or bog which seems wierd but whatever i wont complain. it stays at this low rpms for about 3 secs than shoots up to around 1000 then settles at 750-800 and stays there. I just got my car out of the shop they replaced plugs and wires but doubt it had anything to do with it thanks for any help you guys can give

Did it do it with a recirculating bov?

im not sure i bought the car with the blitz bov on it already and of course its being vented now i know this is bad and i have new uic pipes and a greddy type s on the way so its only temporary. but it hasnt done this in the 3months previous it just started doing it...
