Need help with my dyno results

I recently got my 91 GSX running again, and decide to get here dynoed for a baseline. MY car was down due to a faulty ecu, bad fuel pump, fried wiring harness, and a blown transmission. Eveerthing was replaced by me and the work went fine. My car idles fine and there is no hesitation. My mods are
stock block
apexi n1 exhaust
evo o2 housing
rre 21.5 downpipe
3 high flow cat
K&N air filter
boost controller set at 13
My car put out a 175 horsepower but its not the power that bothers me its my air fuel ratio it goes lean then pig rich. I think it might be my tps but I am not to sure so I turn to everyone for help. All help will be great. Also my knock sensor and o2 sensor are new.

Could you have experienced fuel cut or a misfire?
Yes the boost was set at 13psi. but with a 3" exhaust, cat.. boost might have spiked/creeped >13psi and caused one of the above.

Since you didn't list it I assume you dont' have an AFC?

Some other things to check.. plugs for condition and correct gap, base ignition timing and boost leaks.
 
I am using ngk iriduim plugs with correct gap. when i get on the gas the car does not stutter or backfire.
 
Befor any boost comes on the the AF shoots all the way up past 19. Then when the boost comes on it goes below 10.

Still think boost leak. MAS is reading all the extra air the turbo is pulling but is not reaching the cyls so lower air : fuel ratio.

BTW.. I've experimented with other $$$ plugs and found that the BPR7ES (6ES) to be the only ones that would reliably work on my car.

You need a datalogger to see what your timing and knock are doing. Also, ditch the fancy plugs and get the standard NGK plugs for your car.
