I was told that if i have a datalogger hooked up that i don't need to ground the two terminals while adjusting the biss is that true? I need a new o ring b/c my biss is loose and my idle is F%^&*# up.

Yep. Supposedly that is ok and that is what it says in the manual. I grounded the timing plug and put a long piece of solder wire into the #1 pin for OBD2 and set it that way. Give it a try. I wanna see if a regular palm/datalogger is ok to use.
