Really odd problem. I checked compression on this 6bolt before putting it in, and everything seemed in order (149-150-142-148). When I started the car, it was puffing out the tailpipe white smoke and I could tell it was coolant due to the smell. Well, I've drove it around for 2 weeks, and the major smoking is gone. But if I start it up, I can still smell coolant from the rear. Sometimes if I rev the motor up consistantly after I start it up in the morning, you can see a spray-pattern coming from the tail pipe, spraying out like Windex.

Thing's I've checked:

*Removed the FIAV lines and looped the coolant lines away from it.
*Replace the 1g TB with my previous 2g TB
*Brand new Water Pump and seals for waterpipe.

Thing's I've noticed:

*NO overheating issues
*On the stock boost solinoid, it only builds boost to 5psi
*On a completely backed out MBC, it still only builds boost to 5psi (even after removing my emmission lines)
*There's a small whistling noise when in BOOST (even after removing my emmission lines, and even after replacing the stock uicp with a hard uicp and 1g bov) I can tell I'm not getting enough boost because the 1g bov flutters after letting off from WOT.

What do you think it could be? BAD TURBO SEALS? 14b Turbo has unknown amounts of miles with no shaft play. Anyone with ideas?

could be a couple things. did u drive it with a bad headgasket, so coolant would have a chance to get into the exhaust? maybe its just some left that is burning away with the heat. also, how long was the car down for? it doesnt take much for condensation to build up in the exhaust and burn off when you run it. i would flush your oil and coolant, and take a peek at both like karbon suggested.
 
I'll drain the coolant and Oil today, and re-check compression. But I have a hard time believe it's a bad headgasket since compression (initially) was high. And the coolant that comes out the tail pipe is WET, its not mainly burnt/mist. If it's spraying like Windex out the tail pipe, I would imagine it's after the combustion chamber...or else thats one major vain leak...

No oil in the coolant in the resivior.
Coolant wasn't low by any means. Took only a 1/4 of a cup to have it overflow.
No coolant on the dipstick (no waterdroplets forming or milky oil)

Now, after driving it more, I notice there is only very little smoke when I start it up on a cold morning, but it still smells of coolant until I drive it for a few. I'll have to check compression after driving it home from work today so the motor is hot.

Now, I have to figure out why my boost gauge only reads 5psi with or without an mbc. On boost it makes a whistle sound. Maybe a stuck wastegate?

I think your right. First of all, I did a hot compression test yesterday and got:

152-151-151-150

#4 sparkplug was a little wet, so it might be a small hg leak, seals, or bad vc gasket (but the wetness didn't smell/feel like oil). Regardless, thats too good of a compression set for me to think the motor is fubar. And yes, its pretty cold in Sac lately.

Secondly, I discovered yesterday that when this 6bolt was in my friends car originally, a week before he sold it to me, he swapped in that 14b and it was making a whinning sound in HIS car AFTER he put it on! So me thinks the howeling has to do with something with either the 14b or the o2 housing (since he installed it together). He did say, though, that the 14b came off of a normal boosting car, no whinning. I wonder if I should do a boost leak first, or just go straight to swapping the turbo out with an extra 14b i have lying around...
