Ok, so last night i went to make a log....3rd gear, 2500 - 7000 RPM. I made the run, up to about 6800 and stopped. After looking at the log, i left the side of the road and relaized that i had no boost and there was a very very loud whining noise coming from the rear of my car, so loud in fact that it vibrates the floor.

It only makes the noise under accelleration and i still get no boost. Im thinking that the 255 maybe seized? or something is blocking it, i dont really know.

As far as the boost issue, i've checked everything on the intake side, all the FMIC piping, all vacuum lines, used a leak tester and found nohting. Compressor wheel spins freely with no shaft play. Wastegate works. My only thought is that the flapper is stuck open or i actually managed to break the shaft of the turbo? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i had the same problem, fixed it by building a blown 383 silver S-10! but i think my Mazda B2600 is still faster than it.... LOL

Did ya get the turbo off to get the new one and is SBR gonna give you a new one without cost?
