kirtland,
Whats up, I put my test pipe on and now every 100 or so miles my check engine soon light comes on. I took my spyder up to autozone and they put the scanner to it and its say that my cat is plugged, but theres no cat. Anyone run into this problem before?

the problem is that your second 02 sensor (one closest to the back) is there to make sure that you don't remove or punch out your cat. When it reads a signal that dosn't correspond to a car with a cat then it will cause a CEL. I did the test pipe thing and kept clearing the codes first by the ol dissconnect the batter for 15 seconds trick and then with the pocketlogger. That was about a year ago and I no longer get the code. The cat is made to burn off any uncombusted materials that come out of the engine, your cat dosn't do that anymore so the computer is trying to alert you of that. I have heard of people wrapping the o2 sensor with tin foil and having sucess. I think that mine just got so filthy that it dosn't read anything.
