Just recently intalled injin intake and HPMBC on my 96tsiawd w/6 bolt swap by RRE 4 months ago. Every thing was going ok but a few days ago I'm leaking clutch fluid and can't find where, about 1 out of 2 times I start it I hear a 2-3times knock when I start my car, my idle is high but if I try to adjust it the screw moves very easily and it runs back and forth (1500-900) and if I try to adjust it lower I have stalling problems (mostly when I slow down and turn). And I recently did a pressure test and my Turbo XS BOV leaks at 10PSI (POS).

Any ideas guys?

I love my DSM but it makes me :barf:

Also I'm taking it to my machanic tomorrow.

Thanks.

if your BOV already leaks at 10 psi then I would at least get a 1g BOV and see what happens (they are very cheap). About the leak I would check the slave and master cylinder because those tend to leak a lot .
It is normal for these motors to knock when they are cold because the pistons expand as they get hotter. check and make sure that all of your vacuum lines are hooked up right and that your throttle body is hooked up right. :talon:

I ended up changing the slave cylinder and that fixed the leaking. :thumb:

Ive checked the vacumm lines before and they are all hooked up correct except that on the diagram one of the three that go underneeth the battery should be hooked to a different part of a T fitting thats only about 1 inch away. (theres 2 T's that connect and go to the same place) But I didn't think that would make a difference.
