Engine light on...obd poket log help!!!

My cousins engine light came on a while ago. He finaly got his data logger in the mail. It's a handsprung visor delux obd 2. Hooked it up and found a error code P1400 if anyone knows what this code means or has a list of codes. Plz let me know. ITs a 97 gsx thanks a lot.

I would try cleaning out the EGR and cleaning the sensor first. I'm assuming that he doesn't have the EGR blocked off since he's my cousin too

Otherwise check to see if he has any vacuum/boost leaks. The EGR could be dead too. You can try testing it to see if it works.
