My main problem is that the IDLE is flucuating. Sometimes it goes up to 2K then sometimes it drops down to 500 without even doing anything. Like if i start the car once, it would be all the way up to 2k, i turn off the car and then start it again and it would be down to 500-600. Then sometimes it will keep swinging from 500-2000, going up and down constantly.
also my car is throwing the P0505 ERROR.

i am unable to locate the ISC for my 2.4L 4g64 Spyder. I hate mitsubishi for making the spyder engine soo different. Iv looked around the forum, ppl have asked same question as me but havent received much response.

I am posting pictures on here, please help me identify which is the ISC on my car.
The one that i thought it might be had 6 pins in straight line. nothing like the pictures iv seen that have 3 pins then 3 pins on top of it.

What can i replace this ISC with, 1G eclipse ISC work for 2G spyder? or maybe 3G ISC would work with the spyder ? since they both have 4g64 engines.

i would highly appreciate it if someone took out the time for me and saved these pictures on there computer and opened them in paint and marked the ISC for me. thankyou

My 97 Spyder GS has the same TB as yours and the same problem, (the ISC connector is a flat one not square). That has to be one they use on the 2.4L 4G64 motors. I also have the same idle surge. I saw your other post and tried the trick of disconnection the ISC when it was idling right. It works. Now my question is have you had any problems running with the connector disconnected?

If the plug you are thinking is right, it should be what I circled(I think)
