Wierd ignition problem!!

Just got done fixing my ignition problem, well i thought... Car likes to play games and switch to a 2 cylinder whenever it wants and recieve spark out of first coil. I cleaned plug wells and took it for a 30 min drive, ran perfect. Pulled in somwhere and turned off for 2 minutes, and started back up perfect. 30 seconds later pulled out and happens again.. Could anyone help me out really soon? Very frustrating!! thanks

Have you checked both coilpacks? Does your ECU smell like dead fish?

Sometimes the Capacitors on the ECU start leaking and it will cause it to do funny things.. My car would start and run perfect sometimes, and other times it would start but it surged and wouldnt rev up past 3 grand.. I had to buy a new ECU though because the acid had already eatin a hole through my circuit board... If its not bad enough I think you can get the capacitors replaced.. I think they are pretty cheap..
