NO BOOST?? kind of a problem

ok heres what happind , i took my turbo,manifold, in wastgate accuator off my car and took it all apart to see if i still had a good turbo and just to clean things up cuz everything just looked like $hit... welp turns out i still gotta good turbo wich blew my mind since tha car has alil over 190sum k miles (thinkin the previous owner replaced it) but when i got everything back together in started the car up i think what i was hearing was the turbo spooling up for once so i was like hell yea! but when i opened her up there was no blow off valve sound, like it wasnt opening or sumthin in leting tha exsess air out when i let off the throttle (i useualy dont vent to the atmousphear,makes my car run like sh!t sumtimes but i thot it would be kool to hear it) , do you think i could take the intake tube off tha inlet on the turbo in try in start it in see if it spins?

car made plenty of boost before but i just wanted to see if i could regain alil extra in help make my car not run so rich, bov worked fine in the past well accualy it leaked alil at hight rpm's but it wasnt a problem still had that "put in ur seat in hope to god nuthin breaks" at high rpm launches

ok i feel alittle retarded now i was goin over all my i/c pipeing when i had the car runnig, so i desided to losen one of the hose clamps enough to pull it off but to let it not leak air that much , well i reved tha moter up by hand in pulled the hoes off in a big gust of air blasted me in tha face so i knew i was deff getting boost then when i was lookin at my bov i noticed that the small hose that goes on the top of it was off in just layin beside it :laugh: welp put it back on it yup it worked!

plz learn from my mistakes iduno if i was jus strested out in i didnt happin to see it or what

i did the same thing man, don't feel bad... cept i tighting mine half way on half way off (weird i know but somehow i managed to do it) it had almost no power and when the boost gauge said 10psi it would like make a huge whirrling sound under the hood and backfire....
