clutch not disenaging

Alright...I know there are other threads about clutchs not disengaging correctly, but I didn't see one that matched mine so here it goes. I had an act 2600 installed. It worked fine for the three days my car was driveable. The shop that my car was at forgot to put gear oil in the tranny so my tranny blew after three days. After I put a new tranny in the clutch has not been disengaging all the way. I've bled it to all hell, replaced the slave cylinder, got the extension rod for the slave cylinder, and checked the clutch adjustment under the dash. Nothing has worked so far. The tranny i put in is the exact same tranny for 1g and everything. No problem there. Now I'm stuck. I NEED HELP!!!

When you put the new transmission in, were the two dowel pins on the block still there? You need those to align the tranny properly. If one of them is missing, that could cause the input shaft to put sideways pressure on the flywheel assembly. Might cause your clutch problems, but will DEFINITELY kill it sooner or later. I'd check that first.
