power lock problem. (searched)

hey all.. quick question
i've been attempting to install a security system, and i've now noticed that my driver's-side door lock doesn't work most of the time.. every now and then, it will work for 1, maybe 2 or 3 locks/unlocks, but it seems to move slowly and then it doesn't work.. but if i just push the lock closed, it locks the passenger side.
anyone have any ideas? anyone know where the drivers-only door relay is? is it up like behind the dimmer?
any ideas besides relay?

p.s. i searched, but couldn't find anything relavent to that^ issue..

edit:
i was playing with the door locks looking for the proper wires to tap into.. locking/unlocking the doors.. could i have burned anything out? what's most likely?

Sounds like a loose actuator, a common DSM malady.

is that something that i may be able to repair? or will i most likely have to buy those actuators like at that website?
