if anyone has a clue ---->let me know thanx

is your safc zeroed out? I see that you don't have an upgraded turbo, injectors, or datalogger so if you've tried tuning the safc blind you probably tripped the code. Zero the safc out then reset the ecu and see if the code comes back if it does its the o2 sensor.

I just looked in my book I was wrong it is p0170. I am going to tell you from experience as I had this code, from the book your problem is either a phucked ecm(ecu), ho2s1 circuit open, or bad front o2 sensor. 99% of the time it will be a front o2 TRUST ME. good luck and sorry for the mix up.
Andrew

ps when you log it does the front o2 voltage read zero? if so then like I said o2.
