I have a 99 Eclipse but my friend has a 95 Talon TSI and it runs horrible. We have changed the fuel filter and pressure regulator. It always wants to die and if you get on it hard it just shuts off. Anyone have any ideas as to what to do next, I am lost.

It just runs horribly, it always wants to die and has trouble just running. It's almost like the idle is too low, but I know it is definitely not. Also the plugs have been replaced, so I know it is not that. Any help please????

Check for boost leaks as stated above, tighten your ic pipes as stated above. You say you changed the plugs, did you gap them at .28-.30? Did you change the wires at the same time? DSMs are known to eat plug wires and are tempermental about plugs and wires. Try the general maintanance, reset the ecu, and go from there.
