The other night I was out driving around and noticed 2 spiders crawling around my window controls so I took a swing at them to kill them because im deathly afraid of spiders. As soon as I hit the door panel the window controls managed to sink down in the door. Well for the longest time now my switch for the passenger side window on the pass. side wouldnt work and i would have to roll the window up or down from the driver side. After I hit my controls the passenger side window will not work now from either control everything is good with the driver side it rolls up and down no problem. So i head to the junk yard and pick up new controls thinking this will fix the problem, get home put them in and absolutly no change. Does anyone think it could be the window motor? Do the power windows have an inline fuse which i highly doubt im just confused.

any suggestions would help im just a little lost.

thanks

Pull off the door panel and reattach your window control buttons from the inside. You most likely knocked the control box further in the door and if its not completely tight in the door panel then the buttons won't go up or down properly causing it to seem like the window doesn't work. I had the same problem but i didn't hit my car. OMG
