Boost Control Silenoid?

I recently hooked up my agp turbo kit with external wastegate. I am controlling boost with an apexi avcr which is working great. My only problem is that the cel comes on because my stock boost control silenoid is no longer hooked up to anything. Is there anyway to make this go away?

no just plug the connector back to the BCS and leave it to hang there.......

Yeah just plug that thing back in, I'm not sure if disconnecting the battery will clear that cel. I know it does for the rear o2.
