I tried liquid wrench, heating it and, using a breaker bar about and inch 1/2. The only thing that happend was the bar bent. Any other ideas?

Got compressed air? PB blast it and hit it with the impact wrench wait and repeat. The vibration from the impact wrench tends to help the stuff penetrate. Make sure there isn't anything preventing the nut from comming off.
