Blue smoke out of tail pipe?

I have a 90 talon turbo----When I sit at a red light ideling i blow out blue smoke until I rev it up,rings,head gasket of valve seats?whats causing this?

It has 118,000 miles on it.Regular oil changes

More than likely, your valve stem seals are bad and need to be replaced. It can be done on the car with the right equipment, or you have to take the head off and have them replaced.
