Clutch Problems / Pissed off Rant!!

Alright, I'm mega pissed right now so this may be hard to understand cuz its rant/explination, but im gonna make a long story semi-short
I get my new motor in ( jdm ) install an act 2100 ( dont ask ) well, when we were finishing up, we couldnt get the slave cylinder to mount up right, we had to compress it with a vice, well, 7k miles later, the 2100 is slipping, i assume its due to the fact that my awd + decent hp numbers killed it, well i put a 2600 on it today ( spent 14 hours at a friends house, only about 5 of which working, which was totally ### ) but we put everything in right, and he noticed that he coudlnt press in the slave cylinder at all, he said you should be able to push it in with your hand, well, i said thats how it was before so we install it or w/e, he also said that the clutch fork ( or w/e its called , w/e the slave cylinder attaches to to disenage the clutch and engage it ) when im off the clutch it should be closer to the drive side, and when i push in the clutch it should move towards the middle, well mien starts in the middle, and then moves towards the pass side, dont know if thats normal or what. but i go drive it around, 1st is good, and then 2nd-5th is just redicioulous, before with the 2100 i could punch it in 3rd-5th and as soon as i hit full boost or near it, it would slip, now i can punch it at like 2grand in 5th and itll build like 2lbs and slip all the way up. another thing, my clutch engages ( i think ) like 2 inches before i let out the clutch all the way, like picture yourself pushing in the cluth and letting out, say right before your about to let off completely...thats when my clutch engages, like i can almost shift gears w/o pushing in teh clutch at all, and im not talking about letting the rpms drop and going in, im talking about like speed shifting and the whole nine yards. let me know what you guys think please, im gonna get a new slave cylinder tommrow nad put it in , hopefully that will solve my problems, but im prepared for worse.. !! :thumbdown
