Clutch or motor mounts??

My car has this thing where it like to shake when taking off in 1st gear. It mostly only does this when i first take off in the morning or when its been sitting for a while. When i let out the clutch to go to 1st gear, right when the clutch is almost all the way out it shakes bad,l like the motor is shaking , my freind said it is clutch chatter , other freind says its motor mounts.. Thanks for the help in advance.

Hey, My GST does the same thing, but not too obnoxiously bad. It has a new ACT 2600 in it so having a new clutch in it leads me to believe it is motor mounts. Plus the one motor mount I can see isn't looking too good. :thumbdown I also remember seeing a thread like this before so try a search and see what happens.
