Ok here's my problem. I put my car in the shop because my valves and everything went bad. I did a head gasket and put a new big 16g turbo on it. I just got it back and its running lean as hell. It cut off twice on the ride home. I'd appreciate any advice or pointers or help anyone can give me

ok heres the list, greddy fmic, extreme motorsports 16g ported, rebuilt head, greddy upper and lower intercooler piping to go along with the fmic, tanabe cat-back exhaust, extreme manual boost controller, autometer AFC and boost gauge. Stock injectors. i have a new walbro fuel pump but i havent put in yet. i'm thinking maybe that would make the problem go away. But i figured i'd see if it could be something else as well.

so, what you're saying is that you've got all the mods to make the motor breathe better, but you're still on the stock fuel system? UMMM..... need I say more?

Even if you're running the big 16G at the lowest boost level possible, (10psi with a stock actuator) it's still a bit too much for the stock fuel system to compensate... Install the pump at the very least!

LOL... ok so i put my walbro 255 on today and put a lil bit of 110 octane in it... its lookin a little better... still slightly lean though... i'm having S-AFCII put on and tuned by Extreme Motorsports in like a week or so... hopefully that will solve everything.
