Window crank slipping

Well today my window crank started to slip. Most of the time when i start to crank it, it works fine. But every once and a while it will slip and wont catch onto the window. Anyone know how to tighen this up or fix it? thanks

I recently had to get my drivers side window fix. It seemed really loose and it always ended up crooked without any help. So my dad had it in the shop recently and pulled the door panel off and found 2 srews missing off of the regulator I think. He found 2 screws at the bottom of the door. ha ha. Maybe this happened to you? check and see if you're missing and screws.

Ok well i figured it out, i guess the clip that holds the crank to the gear shaft was loose. so i guess i gotta call up the mitsu dealer and get a new one. thanks for the help tho
