well i have a 2g gst but one of my relatives bought a 92 tsi and was wondering what to brake boost at the track. i pulled the restrictor out for him so hes boostin around 11 or so and he only has an air intake. i told him around 5 psi or something i wasnt sure. maybe around 3k rpms. i dont want him to boost to much casue it just seems that ur motor is trying to move ur car and ur holding everything still. can anything break or wear? i looked and searched and people only tell what rpmm to take off at not specific boost. so if anyone can help please reply.

2800-4000 some where in there i dump mine, dont know what the boost is at cuz dont have a boost gauge :p

once in awile i dont seem no real harm, now doing it like 4 times aday 7days aweek, i can see something braking or failing for that matter. Only thing id see it wearing out is the end clutches in the autos. but im no weekend 1/4 mile racer but im sure some one here has some more input :thumb: :talon: :dsm:
