my car runs like crap please help

alright hey everyone i have a 96 eagle talon awd i have had it for about 2 months now and ive only driven it about a day. anyways ive stuck so much money in this thing. heres wus up
i bought it and it ran but not good at all i would stomp the gas and it felt like it was fighting to go . i was like crap my 97 gs is faster than this WTF. also it died everytime it was in neutral when i test drove it it drove fine then i tore into it on the road started killing anyways .
the car had the following mods when i gots it
intercoolerpiping thats it :) 1g bov
heres the problem someone please help i want to drive my car
i replace the isc motor now the car doesnt die but it idles at like 1600 i also cleaned the throttle body really good
i replaced the t25 because it felt like it wasnt holding boost the car really had no balls i replaced it with a big 16g
i ported the o2 housing while the turbo was off
i also put a 3inch downpipe on while everything was apart
i installed a boost guage and started it up unfortunatley the cheap down pipe didnt bolt up to my cat back but i started with the catback off the o2 sensor was hanging it never died just idle high my first question is how come my check eng light didnt come on with o2 disconnected and the light does work
ok i get the catback connect finally then im driving it and it just dies in the middle of the road and wont start i call my friends they come out my buddy starts right up i overheated
so i replaced the thermostat
so i finally take it out and it still feels like somethings holding it back its alot better with the new turbo but still bad
i do a compression test i end up with 150 140 120 130 roughly
so compressions not all that great but decent
i replace the spark plugs plug wires i havent done the fuel filter yet
but still runs crappy
when i drive it builds boost to 10 psi and holds but it feels like its got no power im running stock pressure i have no boost controller
so if anyone has direction to point me i would so owe you i need help
i feel like im shatting in the dark sick of dumping money in it and not helpling

Get bigger injectors and a bigger fuel pump for sure if your running a b16g. As for the BC you can either go manual or electronic it all depends on how much money you want to spend. You can get em as cheap as 10 bucks for a manual or 300 for an electronic.
 
i dont want to try to get more hp out of it right now i just want it to run normal with stock boost im not trying to run more psi so i dont think i need different injectors im going to try than vfaq leak checker thing tonight anybody hit me up if ya have had similar problems

I don't get why you'd upgrade your turbo w/the intent of not getting more HP right away... :confused:
 
here the quick version i picked it up for cheap a 100$ no joke it had broke off stud i got it off this kid it was listed on ebay but never sold anyways i had it laying around and it was in way better condition than that t25 when i took the intake of there was fore and aft shaft paly and side to side so i just thought i would slap the 16g on there to get it running my thinking was maybe the turbo was bad but its still doing it someday i want to go more hp but im running out of money quick i need to just get it running good. i dont have the money for injectors and afc and stuff right now i would be happy if it just ran normal

Punctuation is also a bonus.

My guesses are on a boost leak, or just lack of power due to the shitty compression.
