I flushed my coolant on my 1990 GSX with 60,000 miles. The initial drain there was all coolant with a hint of brown (oil?) or could be just a hint of dirt (this is what my buddy thinks) The next 4 gallons of disstilled water came through the system dirty, but with every gallon the it seemed like the water was coming out the same, with either dirt or oil. The last two gallons it seemed to be clearing up. Now when my buddy was pouring the water in, he said he saw something brown rushing into the water he was pouring, but when i looked it either looked brown or like a million tiny bubbles rushing up. It seems to me that there is oil in the coolant, but if anyone has any ideas, let me know. Now the brown portion in the coolant was very minimal, so very hard to tell if there is oil, but if you look at it you can tell that it is either oil or just dirty. Thanx in advance for the help!
