too much spark???

ok, ive blown cracked/blown 3 pistons already in the #1 cylinder. i cant seem to figure out why though. a friend of mine told me that im running lean, but why in that one cylinder only??? if i was running lean, wouldnt it be blowing all pistons?? im tired of this happening and i want to fix it to avoid blowing another piston.... i have noticed when i was checking the spark that when i would pull out the wires when the car was on that the 2,3,and 4 cylinders were throwing normal spark, but when i would pull out the #1 wire, it would be throwing a strong spark. this had never happened until i replaced the ignitor with another used one when mine went out. could this be the prob?? i need help bad, any info will be appreciated, thnx. and also i have no major mods, just basics as in catback, and mbc set at 12psi.

If one injector is not operating correctly, it can cause you to run lean in an individual cylinder.
