OK, I have never even heard of this but believe me it is happening...Everytime I go into boost my spark plug wires on # 2, and 3 pop off  Please help...I'm now officially having boost withdrawls... :dsm:

sounds like a possible arching in side the boots like a major electrical surge inside them. That dosent help you much but it give you and idea. I doubt its water in the boots. I've heard of this happing before. I'm gonna research it but I'm sure some one will find the answer before me LOL.

Sounds like you have cylinder pressure escaping past the spark plug somehow. Remove your plugs and inspect the crush washer. See if they look distorted or crushed unevenly. Also check the plug in the area where the porcelin meets the metal. Does it look like it has been letting gases escape? You might just want to swap plugs (brands) and try that first. If not I would suspect the area on the head where the spark plug seats or something else with the head.
