Whats Going On With My Boost Controller Gimme Some Insight On This!!

I installed my new ported evoIII 16g from Buschur racing and hooked the manual boost controller to it and I turned the controller as for (-) as it would go and it still boosts to 18-19psi. i need to get it to 15psi but it wont go any farther. what could my problem be? i need help!!!

does it hit 15psi and then slowly climb to 18-19, or does it shoot up right away???

see if its connected tightly to the wastegate actuator.

its connected tightly...and no it doesnt slowly climb it goes right up up 18. i know its working somewhat becasue if u take it all the way out itll hit like 23-25..HELP ANYONE!

First, i'd need a picture to be able to tell you if you are hooking it up correctly. Second, try hooking the line directly up to the wastegate on your new turbo. Does the turbo have an adjustable wastegate actuator arm? If so, your wastegate may not be set to go below 18 psi. PM me if you can get a picture of it or need anything else and i'd be glad to help you out.

im pretty sure its non ajustable and i know i have it hooked up right where would the ajustment be on the wastegate?

come to the conclusion my controller wont go any lower than 15 so ia run a hose right from the IC to the wastegate and it should open at 15. and once i get a FMIC ill hook the controller back up. thanx for the help everyone.
