OK, here's the thing. The motor turns over fine but it just won't actually start. I checked the timing again and it's perfect. All sensors seem to be plugged in, and I also checked it for spark and it seems to be getting it. I checked the plugs and they are soaked in fuel and very black. What could be causing this? It seems to be getting fuel, spark, and the timing is also right. What could it be?!??!

I'm getting the same problems. I tripple checked the timing, I checked for spark, i checked for gas, i checked all electrical plugs, i checked all vaaccuume hoses, and I can find nothing. Did you put a 6-bolt in it im assuming? If so, check the temerature sensor plug. I'm not sure about on 2nd gens, but on the 1st gens if the temp sensor isnt plugged in the car wont start. Next I would do a compression test. Good luck, and let us know if you find a solution!
