i was doing a boost leak on my car with my new "4k miles used" turbo (frankenstien 2) and im getting an air leak from the turbo...its comin out right were the housing meets the center section, so i took the turbo of the car took the compressor housing off and inspected it....the 0-ring was just fine..and were the leak was comin from is a small tiny little hole that is in the compressor housing, it totally looks like it is supposed to be thier cuz thiers a grouve around the small hole that the grouve matches to the compressor wheel housing thingy....i can hit 15-20psi fine..and i can hold it but when boost leak testing lots of air is lost through this leak which would mean the turbo would have to be workin harder since its loosing air!!!! its not supposed to be thier is it? if somebody may know what im talkin about or can help me out that would be cool...
