Need help

At idle the rpms are dropping from 900 to like 400 and the car almost stalls. It sounds like its missing and stuttering throughout the rmps in every gear, but still pulls if i get on it. I held some paper to the exhaust and it gets sucked in like one valve isnt opening. Could it be a fouled plug? Floated valve? Something else?
Edit: And the Cel has been on since I got the car, and once these problems started it went off.

Replaced plugs with some Ngk7s and still no improvement.

Not sure if this is the problem but you want to run ngk BPR6ES plugs, the 7s are probably too cold for a stock car (im assuming your car is stock). Also take your car to autozone and let them hook it up to the scanner to check for codes, even tho the light went out im pretty sure the codes are still "in memory".

I had 6s in there but went with 7s because car isnt stock. Ive done everything necessary for my 16g (which i would be installing now if not for this problem). That includes Fmic, fuel, exhaust, gauges, bc, ect.... My pocketlogger is still showing the same cel as before, the light just doesnt stay on anymore.

what CEL is it? Why dont you clear it with the logger? Your timming might be off also, but then it wouldn't pull hard would it.

The cel was for a wastegate actuator malfuction, which i was told was being caused by my bc. I dont think it has anything to do with this problem, but the light turning off at the start of this problem was a strange concidence.
