o2 sensor- real quick

anyone know if removing my second o2 sensor will have any negative effects besides a CEL? i already have a straight pipe anyway so is there a need for it? thanks

Yeah, I have no cat on mine, and I dont have a check engine light either? Are the 1st and 2nd o2 sensors exactly the same?

Your CEL is the only thing that should happen from that. you can do one of 2 things:

Wrap up the 02 sensor in aluminum foil and tie wrap it, so it won't flap all over the place.

Or you can remove the light from the intsrument bezel.
