cant pass TX state inspection

well i did a search and didt find anything that would help.. so here it goes i jjst went and had my car inspected and well since its a 97 they test by obd2 ecu. well none of my monitors are ready the cat 02's and evap and egr are all saying not ready so it wont pass. i have a gutted cat and 550's safc2 190walbro big16g fmic. anyone else have this problem i passed last yr...

Had the same problem on one I sold.Turns out theres was a ecu reflash available-took it in,passed no problem.
