Installed new guages, speedometer doesn't work

You installed new gauges (like boost, EGT, etc) or new gauge faces? Did you have to remove/touch/mess with the needles at all? Did you touch any cables (mainly speedo cable)? I would say either the speedo cable is loose/broken or the needle is out of calibration.
