Stalls at Low RPM"S

Ok i have a 96 Talon TSI and when i drive it normal (not beating on it) It stalls out when i stop or slow down. I have changed plugs, wires, coil pack, ecu, and played with the biss screw and throttle cable and this solved nothing. Does any one have any idea's

Check your ISC servo.

What is that?

ISC = Idle Speed Control Controls air flow at idle to prevent stalling. Located on lower left side of throttle body. Attaches to a 6 pin electrical connecter.

ok..yeah i found that out today. I also changed the throttle body and all sensors along with the cas. Any ideas???

Do you have any vacuum leaks on your car?
