irratic idol

i have 98 gst and i put a injen intake on and know I have 3 problems a stager when i release the clutch in first gear, when I caome to a stop my idol goes below 700 and almost wants to stall and then jumps up to 1000, last my boost is all over the place some times it works okay sometimes it goes all the way up and other times it acts like its not working at all

Could this be a problem with my BOV or maybe multipul problems

thats strange man, adding an intake wouldnt cause these problems. Id check all the surrounding vaccum lines especially the ones on the wastegate solenoid. that would effect your boost. well good luck budddddy

Prolly a leak somwhere, when you put the intake in you might have tore the wastegate hose. Its happened to me and i didnt notice it because it happened on the underside of the hose.

Check your ISC. If it's dying or dead, this is a common symptom (I assume you have already checked the timing on the car).

I found the problem, it was a leak!! who would have thought one leak could cause so many problems. it is fixed and my gst runs like i just bought it. thanks for all the help!!
