Boost pressure problem!!!!

OK, well I set the boost on my MBC at 14 lbs. "tested in 3rd gear". So when i go to get on the gas the boost will go up to 14 then drop down to about 10-11 psi and hold there. What is the problem. Am i leaking boost from the BOV. I had my manifold heat cracks welded. Need HELP!

Do an intake leak test.

see the VFAQ for how to (it was in my sig, but it got removed).

Also, your turbo may be wearing out, check for play.
