Sigh.. idle/electrical problem.. HELP

Alright today i installed 6 Inifinity kappa speakers in my 2G. These things are incredibly powerful. Anywho I have an amp powering the 6x9's but one of the channels is not working so just one is being powered. Anywho soon after i started the car up to listen it died at idle, like the car was getting no juice. My first thought was that the battery was going bad and the amp/speakers were sucking too much of the power away from the car. I disconnected the amp and nothing changed, it still died at idle. I brought the car to advance auto and had a battery test done which showed my battery was good. I have no idea what the problem is. I would have to think that it has something to do with the new audio install, but it is possible it could be a coincidence. THe guy at advance saw that I had 10mm magnecor wires installed and thought that maybe the stock coil was not enough to support such wires and maybe that was the problem? Anybody with any thoughts please help!

It could possibly be your coils. If it's bad enough then it could do that to your car, but at idling? Not sure about that. Did you had any problems of that sort before you installed the new stuff?

Coil capability and wire diameter are not related at all....

How did you install the system. You may have wired it off a fuse that you blew and was needed for the car to operate.

Try disconnecting all the crap ya put in and start it again.

What EXACTLY did the car do?
