What could cause my ISC not to engage???
It is a good ISC, and I tried it with 2 to the same result. I use my logger to check and see its always at 0% and idling high.
Upon starting the car the ISC engages itself for a short time. Thats when it stalls its weird...let me try to explain.
I drive for a bit to get it to op temperature. Then i shut it off. When i start it back up, it will stall and accoording to the log, my ISC is moving. I have to stab the gas a few times to keep it alive, and it will stay alive at 1900RPMs as an idle speed, but the ISC is then not engaged. It stays at 0% and idles at that high RPM, so when my ISC does work its only upon starting the car warm and causes stalling....WTF should i check guys, any ideas??!?

I checked the ISC again, ran voltage to it and it moved when applied so i kno its good, resistances check out too, no vac leaks either! AHH!!
but hopefully i can get a new TB and redo it all this summer. Like if its cold, i have to hold the gas in until warm, then once it starts to warm up, the idle goes higher and higher until full temps and idles at 1900, and ISC isnt moving at all.....
