Okay, I have been battling this sort of problem for about a month and a half. What the car was doing was idling like it was going to stall at like 1200 rpms, so naturally i thought it was a vacuum leak. So I blocked off the egr valve, and got rid of the emmission vac lines. Now my idle is still fluctuating and today it stalled again right as I started the car, this is the first time it died since i blocked the egr, but it used to happen very frequently.
Before i blocked the egr, my car was stuttering and misfiring under boost but mostly full boost. Now it kind of stutters under full boost. It feels like someone tapped the brakes very quickly,then let off, it will continue to do this until I shift, then it will happen again once the pull becomes the strongest. It seems like it is happening in 2 and 3 gear.
Any Help will be much appreciated as I have searched everywhere to diagnose my problem, and nothing seems to pinpoint exactly my problem. Thanks. Rob.
