RM sway bar and lower tie bar?

Need a little help here. I have a 98 spyder turbo with Ground Control and Tokico Illumina shock and my steering wheel jerk and the car shake like its lossing control when go over bump. This happen when it's still a stocker even. How can I get rid of this? If I install RM sway bar and front and rear lower tie bar, will this help a bit.
