I took my headlights off to clean/paint them, and installed some Silverstars(SWEET!) while I was at it, took the car out to test them out and noticed that the drivers side was aimed too far towards the drivers side. The next day at work, I went to adjust it, and the adjustment gear is falling apart. I tried to push it back on and try it again, but no luck. Has anyone else had the same problem? The lighting is so-so, but there is this gap of darkness where there should be light. Any help would be great. Thanks

I found the problem. The small plastic gear for the adjustment got stripped out. Now for the new problem. Does anyone know how to adjust the headlights without the gear? The big plastic gear is still there but I don't see any movement. Any help would be great. Thanks.
