electical smoke from front, no power now.

can anybody give me and idea what the problem could be? I tried starting my car and the battery was almost dead. I hooked up the jumper cables and tried starting, almost started then white electrical smoke came up from somewhere under the radiator near the side mount intercooler. Now my power is shot. I checked the fuses by the right shock under the hood, and the one near the upper intercooler pipe. all fine. any ideas on what I could do? please help oh wise ones.

nevermind on this question guys. i found the problem. i removed the radiator and the wiring harness underneath somehow got fried prolly grounded out somewhere. I'm detangling this mess and rewiring it and insulating it as the stock setup was not protected very well. thanks anyway.
