Crank sprocket stuck!!!

Please can anyone tell me how to get my damn crank sprocket off. I have removed the big screw and its washer but the thing seems to be stuck on. I think that it somehow got rusted/seized on to the crank. I am trying to change my crank seal, and have all the timing stuff off. I have also loaded it down with WD-40- no luck!

-If you're refering to the accessories belt pully on the crankshaft, you need to remove the 4 bolts (12mm socket) , don't need to remove the single big bolt, as for the timing belt sprocket, the accessories pully need to come off first, then with the big bolt remove the sprocket should come off, if not then you will have to use a puller(none claw type) to pull it out.

thanks. I have all the belts and pullies off. I am trying to get the timing sprocket on the crank off. It seems as though it is rusted on to the crank itself. and I cant seem to find anything to hook the puller on to, I first hooked it on to the thin metal shield that seperates the timing belt from the balance shaft belt, and it just started bending the little booger.
