Ok, first of all I have a 2g gst, big t28, rc 550, walboro 190, evo3 o2 housing, rre race dp, and n1 catback, with evolution manual boost control, and s-afc, stock side mount. The problem is I only pulled 220hp and 239.7 tq. My air/fuel was where it should be of 12.1 from 4000 to 7000.

The problem is I can barely hold 14 lbs of boost, I raise the boost with the boost control and it spike higher but it eventaully come down to bout 14 lbs of boost. We've checked to see if any of the upper intercooler piping was lose and it was all tight. I dunno if I missed something along the intercooler pipe, but I'm not sure. All I know is with my setup I should be able to hold somewhere at least 17 lbs of boost. What else could cause my boost pressure to act like this. Could the boost control be bad??? I'm bout to purchase a fmic soon and maybe that could help out more.
Let me know, thanks.

I'll try that, but what if i'm going to be putting all new intercooler piping since I'll be buying a new fmic. That should fix it right... with a new bov, new piping, new intercooler.

That tester will point you right to your leak, Just make sure you dont put to much air into the system. Let us know what the outcome on that is.
I just did one the other day and found a real bad one at the licp to intercooler. Put a new coupler on it and now it run's like a whole different car.

Rob.
